Wake Up World! We are destroying this Planet….

Posted on Updated on

Lady Gaga is a core interested personality for us. If Madonna falls from Oscar stage we all rush to watch that video. We consume our time on reading posts and Tweets on Facebook and Twitter. We spend our leisure time by watching TV or going out on our vehicles.

If we want to travel abroad even within the country we prefer air traveling because its fast   (No wonder we can lost a whole plane with no clues despite the fact we have advance radar system installed almost everywhere in world).

We have more cars on road and these cars (almost) consume fuel which is resulting CO2 and other deadly dangerous gases in our environment.

Research from Europe’s environmental watchdog says hundreds of thousands of lives are at risk from air pollution in the next two decades.

And the European Environment Agency says governments are failing to act. Out of 20 environmental trends identified by the agency, not one is expected to improve.

India has been ranked by the World Health Organisation as having 13 of the world’s 20 most polluted cities. By the way Pakistan is competing Europe regarding its efforts against air pollution in fact all kinds of pollution (shame on us if we know the reality).

A study just out in Mumbai estimates that high levels of pollution are likely to reduce life expectancy at birth by 3.2 years. I would also add something else, a slight distraction from the topic, that India has recently ban a BBC documentary in its country. Why is that particular BBC documentary is banned, go on Google or YouTube to find out yourself (get some time for some serious issues around the world).

China is also making strides to tackle its air quality, bringing in a law which subjects polluters to unlimited fines.

There are many videos and evidences on Internet that tell us our governments and the behaviour of people towards global environment is absolutely rediculous

So how much harm is being done by pollution, to the planet and its people? And are governments doing enough to clear the air? The answer is governments are absolutely non serious and even their priority is to produce such weaponry that can destroy humanity within no minutes.

We the masses can make a big difference if we start protecting our environment and then we would be able enough to pressurise our governments to halt everything that is moving this planet Earth towards its doom.

At the end, I am currently travelling in a plane and watching the clear blue the most beautiful sky and repenting that we are destroying ourselves and mother nature.
